American Row House is revolutionizing your workout routine one meter at a time. Our 45-minute classes are centered around the indoor Waterrower along with dumbbells and body weight exercises to create a workout that is highly effective and safe for everyone!
Each workout uses the latest technology in fitness tracking and heart rate training. This allows you to monitor your effort during each workout and track your progress throughout your fitness journey. Your stats are emailed to you at the end of each workout and saved to your personal online fitness log.
Total Body Row
This class involves high intensity interval rowing mixed with dumbbell and body weight exercises specifically designed to torch body fat and build lean muscle. From sprints on the rower to squats, lunges, and push-ups on the mat, this 45-minute class is a true total body workout that hits every major muscle group - every class - every time!
The unique format of Indo-Row® captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a 45-minute class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. From “Skills and Drills” to “Waves and Recoveries,” and the final build up to a friendly but competitive “Race,” Indo-Row® quickly converts first-timers to devoted team members.
This 45-minute class is broken down into four different stations, with each station having a different focus. This class uses rowers, dumbbells, BOSU balls, agility ladders, Bulgarian bags and body weight exercises that keep the dynamic constantly changing. Whether the station is set up for upper body, lower body, core, or purely rowing, it's your goal to push yourself to the max before the timer sounds and you move on to the next station. If that's not enough, there is always a "Bonus" at the end of each workout to make sure you leave drenched in sweat.
Like Indo-Row®, this 45-minute rowing only class is high-energy, low-impact and easy on the joints. However, with focus on mixing long and short rowing intervals designed to build endurance, strength, and overall power, this class is anything but easy. Each workout will leave your legs, core, and arms burning in a good way.
From the fast-paced dynamic warm up to the HIIT finisher, this 45-minute class will truly show you how much you can ENDURE. Mixing strength training, HIIT, circuits, TABATAs, AMRAPs, and EMOMs this class is not for beginners. Like Circuit Row, this class uses rowers, dumbbells, BOSU balls, agility ladders, Bulgarian bags and body weight exercises to build muscle and burn fat.
"Not enough time" is no longer an excuse when it comes to working out. This 30-minute lunch time HIIT class will build lean muscle and blast away fat with the same intensity our other classes offer in a shortened time format. It's like watching your favorite TV show without having to wait through the commercials!
