American Row House is a fitness studio based in Marietta, GA. Located inside the Marietta Square historic district, American Row House offers a fun, safe, and effective approach to fitness, which revolves around high intensity interval training (HIIT) and indoor water rowing. Rowing in and of itself works out over 84% of all the muscles in the body while being low impact and easy on the joints. The combination of indoor rowing and HIIT creates a workout that not only melts fat off your body, but builds lean muscle all at the same time. With American Row House, there is finally a fitness class that is fun and effective without the worry of injuries.
